Physician and cardiologist, Dr Arnagretta Hunter is a member of the Climate and Health Alliance (CAHA).
With a research interest in health consequences of climate change, her clinical work focuses on patient-centred care and preventative medicine, with an interest in social and environmental determinants of health.
Raised in Melbourne, she completed a BA(Hons) in political science before embarking on medicine at the University of Sydney. She works as a consultant physician and cardiologist in both public and private settings.
She is a Clinical Senior Lecturer at the Australian National University where she is also a member of the Climate Change Institute and is a Human Futures Fellow.
