Bryce Gaton is passionate about all things electric vehicles. He has more than a decade of experience with EVs, and currently writes for TheDriven, runs the EV transition support consultancy EV Choice and is the EV electrical safety trainer/build safety supervisor for Melbourne University’s FSAE EV race team.
As a science and environmental teacher and electrician, Bryce can discuss the electrical charging needs of EVs, their CO2-e impact through electricity use and the advantages of driving electric vehicles in Australia. His household has three EVs.
Bryce was previously secretary of the Victorian branch of The Australian Electric Vehicle Association (AEVA), chair of the Victorian AEVA sub-committee for EV Charging Support and editor of EV News.
