Fiona Armstrong is the Founder and Executive Director of the Climate and Health Alliance (CAHA).
With a passion for climate change, health policy and climate communications, Fiona has brought her background as a health professional, skills as a former journalist, and career as a public policy advocate to campaign for comprehensive policy responses to the health impacts of climate change. She understands the health narrative is a powerful tool to engage people in climate solutions, and believes health professionals have a professional responsibility to advocate for climate action as a vital public health measure.
Fiona is also Fellow of the Centre for Policy Development, and a founding director of CLIMARTE: Arts for a Safe Climate, an independent not-for-profit organisation that harnesses the creative power of the arts to inform, engage and inspire action on climate change.
